We no not charge extra for relief grooves, which are important for stability or T&G all 4 sides, unlike our competitors who charge up to £5 extra per M2 for these features.

* Cheap means very cheap, this kind of oak will probably warp. Oak from China should be illegal, boards vary in quality and moisture content. You’re better off spending a little extra.

* Pre-Finished boards often take no consideration for the grade of oak, each individual piece and it’s distinct markings. You end up with a bland, laminate looking oak floor.

* Ends to not match, which makes fitting take longer and cost extra.

* Lengths often as short as 65cm.
