Emerald grey or stone grey? We call it Lava grey. Perhaps one of our drier and hazy Driftwood surfaces, these planks were discovered inland, long ago after tidal waters had regressed. Lava grey has battled with the sun and over time the seawater inside the wood has evaporated. Emerald green grey is a rare tone, not a colour easily produced without a long passage of time and a thirsty deprivation of moisture.
