This is not your everyday oak, replica reclaimed surface. We laboriously craft the natural material and carve out each individual section, as if time itself has cleverly worn and independently manipulated the surface. This is not your everyday brown oak floorboard; look closer. Rich layers of brown from light to dark, with even darker minute details are created through a combination of slow fuming and numerous applications of our own secret organic compound mixtures. We push these rich browns as far as we can. We do not simply wash the boards with colour, rather the colour penetrates the oak surface and the oak fibres themselves react chemically, they darken as if by alchemy.
