Whether Pre-Sanded or Natural, these old pine boards are our biggest reclaimed seller. As the years go by, these sought after boards have become increasing harder to locate and reclaim because of the demise of UK demolition and renovation projects. Within the last 5 years the price for the raw material has gone up almost 300% and we expect the price to increase even further because of this scarcity. Mostly reclaimed from the North of England, from buildings built between 1860-1910. Once cut and quality checked, we commence our 3 grit sanding process before finishing by hand with a fine 120 grit paper.
