Our 15 day return policy promise

If you change your mind, for any reason, we will take the floorboards back and issue a full refund. We won't ask any questions, you don't need an excuse, we really don't mind and you have 15 days to decide if our Natural unfinished oak flooring is right for you or not. This offer includes the complete range of Castle oak, solid character oak, 12mm, 16mm and 20mm engineered oak. All of them are included within this policy promise.

We ask you only to do the obvious which is to return the boards unmarked, not damaged and in the same condition as when they arrived. We will refund the original shipping costs in full, however you be required to pay the shipping of the returned goods.

There is no re-stocking fee, no catch, we're just very confident that you'll appreciate the grade of our oak so much so, that you'll want to keep the wood.
