About this project

The mission was to create a totally enhanced and authentic feel to this unique Soho-based restaurant in London.

To complement the dark wood tones selected for the project, Bridport Interiors picked 350m² of Reclaimed Hand-Finished Heritage Oak. The product was delivered sanded and was finished on site.

The dark brown colour and authentic markings of the wood gives a warmth and depth characteristic. It sits comfortably alongside the solid wooden tables, seating and bar and works in harmony with the décor.

The 250-year old wood comprises extra wide planks which contain random markings that reflect the passage of time and allow it to breathe character and life into the environment.

Complementing this, and again in an authentic weathered finish, Bridport Interiors chose to cover 320m² of Ichibun’s walls with our silver Reclaimed Pine Wall Cladding.

We are immensely proud to have been part of this project and to have assisted in the creation of something spectacular.
