About this project

Slow is slowly becoming a movement. It is seen as a mindful way of living in response to the mass fastness of things and the short-term life span of commercial goods. It’s also about tranquillity and being aware of our senses. Trees are slow, we like that. They vibrate at a lower frequency. Antique wood is slower still: It takes time to appreciate the splendour and personality of each piece of naturally aged wood, each bending and irregular expression.
