About: Engineered Reclaimed French Oak – Brown
This natural and organic Engineered Reclaimed French Oak is ideal for flooring. The elegance of the rich, dark brown colour of the wood, lightly tinged with hints of black within the grain and the natural brushed surfaces give a remarkably elegant feel to this reclaimed floorboard.
We engineer this product to the highest possible standard, to make it suitable for any room or premises – either domestic or business. It is compatible with underfloor heating and we supply the boards as finished, sanded, and oiled, saving you time and money when laying your new floor. It comes ready for you to use to enhance your home or business with a touch of the Renaissance era.
French oak (quercus robur) comes from different regions of France and is generally produced from two main species of tree which are pure oak.
The French oak is carefully selected by our reclaimed wood specialists to ensure it has been through our minimum aesthetical and technical thresholds.

Should I be concerned about the colour variation within a product?
If you are concerned about colour variation you can order a sample panel for a refundable deposit. Please remember that we are not creating exact copies of floor panels or hand samples, we are creating individual floors with their own unique personality and charm.
