Reclaimed & rustic Douglas Fir Flooring, Pre-Finished
Douglas Fir, is a hard, softwood, coming close to pitch pine, however it is unique with its warm pinky & brown tone. Seasoned Douglas Fir boards, reclaimed from a demolished school, Midlands. Once brought into our hands, the rustic sides of the timber are cleaned & brushed by hand, gently hand- scraped and then sanded using a range of fine papers. We then re-brush the boards before finishing of with our own combination of floor oils, which further brings out the colour and grain of the timber. Chunky Pitch Pine, reclaimed & over 100 yrs old.
Like most timbers from the ol’ days, Pitch was a more durable and denser timber compared to new Pitch imported from Honduras and used today. Old Pitch is a classic, beautiful timber, almost as hard as a good quality hardwood like oak. Our boards are milled from our carefully chosen seasoned baulks into a 20mm thick board, up to a massive 11″ wide. They are up to 16 feet long, planed finish with a T&G finish or straight edge. Up to 10″ wide reclaimed, re-sawn Colombian Pine
A massive 10″ wide reclaimed board, of re-sawn seasoned Victorian floorboards, up to 4m long, 20mm-22mm thick. These boards have been milled from seasoned, late 19th century, slow grown pine beams and baulk timbers into a massive 10″ wide board. We offer a planed smooth or rustic finish, rustic boards are left with the odd band saw markings, similar to markings found on original thick-cut Victorian boards. From £27.50 M2

We currently are involved an estimated 1 year project of reclaiming 100’s 000’s feet of a variety Victorian boards from a residential area in the North West of England. These boards once in our warehouse will be denailed, edges cut, checked for rot and breakages etc. Whatever quantity you order, you will receive this amount in usable, good quality floor board lengths. Original flooring, 22mm thick, up to 13 ft long. Ready to be fitted.
Extra wide, 7 3/4 inch thick, 22mm, 1m-4m long. Original floorboarding from around 1870/1880, these are not cut from joists hence the nail holes and distressed patina. These boards are not re-sawn from the outsides of joists and then sanded unlike similar copies. Our boards have been toughened and walked over for 120 years+. Each piece of boarding has been scrubbed, cleaned, scraped then sanded by hand before we finish with 3 coats of hard wearing natural floor oil. All pieces are unique to themselves and cannot be replicated, colour tones vary slightly from piece to piece. £58.50 M2.
Rare 5” wide, reclaimed Jarrah / Mahogany tropical hardwood flooring

These exceptional reclaimed Jarrah floorboards are an unusual and rare find in the world of reclaimed flooring. We have cut these hardwood beams, cleaned, sanded, brushed and oiled each piece of this beautiful tight grained tropical hardwood flooring from S America, they measure 5” wide, up to 7’ long, 18mm thick, they are bombproof. We have maintained the rustic edges for a more natural effect, we prefer reclaimed floorboards to look like they came from a tree and not manufactured in a factory. 8”-10” wide Reclaimed extra dense Cedar of Lebanon floorboards
Redwood species almost as tough as Pitch pine
We are currently milling 1000’s feet of these Cedar of Lebanon baulks into glorious pinky, warm coloured Cedar floorboards, 8-10” wide, 20 mm thick, straight edge or T&G. These boards with there strong, thick grain and red tones are a a tough almost hardwood species. These boards are milled from the baulks used as railway bridge support baulks. Reclaimed, Romanian grade A Oak flooring, milled from seasoned beams

We are currently milling our seasoned, reclaimed oak floorboards from Romanian, grade A, reclaimed oak beams. Our boards will measure 20mm thick, a massive 7” wide, up to 4M long! This is the highest grade and the toughest grade of Oak available, almost impossible to find elsewhere, especially of this length and width. Boards are milled, stacked indoors until purchased.
