About: 18th & 19th Century Antique European Oak – Dark Brown
Our original Antique patina Oak boards are of considerable age, up to 300 years old. They are very similar to our original Antique French oak boards in age and colour. These boards are reclaimed from barns, mills and various structural timbers across Europe.
Random widths, lengths, and stunning medieval patinas are ideal for that serious period restoration project, as with any genuine antique hand-worked surfaces. They are offered with a planed back face and straightened edges if required; these boards are unique in their history and quality.

Should I be concerned about the colour variation within a product?
If you are concerned about colour variation you can order a sample panel for a refundable deposit. Please remember that we are not creating exact copies of floor panels or hand samples, we are creating individual floors with their own unique personality and charm.
